My name is Maronelle Botes. I’m situated in Pretoria East. I assist my clients from all ages to reach their respective goals through Personal Training and Pilates.

WHY YOU SHOULD CONSIDER A PERSONAL TRAINER

A personal trainer is someone who helps their clients achieve certain fitness goals, including but not limited to weight loss, strength training, toning, or overall health management. Each client’s fitness level can be extremely different, so a trainer may be introducing one client to basic exercises, helping a second one with a weight loss program, and assisting a third in advanced training goals.

ABOUT ME.
I started my fitness journey in early 2016 with HFPA (Higher fitness and performance academy) and passed with a NQF level 5 personal training, I furthered my education at Pinnacle training and consulting systems witch is an American based company and did a course in periodization of sports specifics qualification and mush like everyone else in the fitness industry the desire to help and improve not only myself but for the benefit of each and everyone.
That’s when I decided to add Pilates to the fitness qualifications list and I joined the Basi Pilates family, knowledge is key and I hope I can use this knowledge to help kick start your fitness and health goals towards the right direction so that you can get maximum results.
