
WOW!! I am super excited for this challenge and the opportunity to be able to work with each and every one of you. This is going to be a fitness journey so enjoy the process!
But first things first… I want to thank you for putting your trust in me and for putting some time aside to invest in this challenge! With my knowledge I will be able to help you accomplish your health and fitness goals the productive way. Thank you for investing in you, and for putting yourself first.
Exercise is not only about the weights you can lift, but to improve mobility, flexibility, balance and strength and don’t forget cardio. While training with me, I want you to be focused on empowering yourself and to start to love yourself for who and what you are. Remember YOU come first, and that bikini body doesn’t come overnight… no, no, no… It comes with willpower and consistency!
The first two weeks will be the most challenging and there is no such thing as perfect. All I want from you is to try your best and to listen to your body! Have fun while doing this workout challenge but most of all be patient with yourself. It’s a journey, not a marathon.
